Project Details
Sydney by Ledingham McAllister features highly efficient heating and cooling through LG Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) units. DMS provided full mechanical scope on the project with the installation of Plumbing, HVAC-R, Gas, Controls, Fire Protection, and Mechanical Insulation. The four storey rental podium was designed with a lead, lag, standby Domestic Hot Water (DHW) system to improve reliability and performance.
